It's all holidays on the tv adverts now because of the cold, they show sunshine and lovely food and drink. Think about booking one even if it never happens.

The joke is a play on words. "Tim booked two" = Timbuktu.

Timbuktu = Sahara = caravan (the indigent people cross the desert with camels, the procession is known as a caravan).

".. you can reach me by caravan, cross the desert like an Arab man, I don't care how you get here just get here if you can...."

My wit is wasted you on you lot!
